본 약관은 고객(이하 "구매자")이 [Elite Pro Group, Inc]에서 구매하는 세무 서비스 할인 코드(이하 "할인 코드")의 구매, 사용, 환불과 관련한 권리와 의무를 규정합니다. 구매자는 본 약관에 동의함으로써 아래 조항을 숙지하고 이에 따를 것을 동의합니다.

제1조 [할인 코드의 정의]

할인 코드는 [Elite Pro Group, Inc]가 발급하는 7자리 문자 및 숫자로 구성된 고유 코드로, 지정된 기간 내에 세무 서비스를 일정 금액 할인된 가격으로 이용할 수 있는 수단입니다.

제2조 [할인율 및 혜택]

할인 코드는 세무 서비스 정가에서 20% 할인 혜택을 제공합니다.

할인은 타 쿠폰, 이벤트, 또는 기타 혜택과 중복 적용되지 않습니다.

구매 시점에 고객님께서 제공하신 소득 및 세무 서류 정보를 기준으로 서비스 비용이 산정됩니다.

세금보고 진행 과정에서 실제 서류가 당초보다 추가되는 경우, 기준에 따라 추가 비용이 청구될 수 있습니다.

반대로, 고객님께서 안내하신 서류보다 실제 제출 서류가 줄어드는 경우, 차액은 자사 크레딧으로 제공되거나 요청 시 환불이 가능합니다.

본 조정은 고객님의 동의하에 진행되며, 최종 결제 전 안내드릴 예정입니다.

제3조 [판매 및 사용 기간]

할인 코드 구매 가능 기간: 2025년 10월 1일 ~ 2026년 2월 28일

할인 코드 사용 가능 기간: 구매일로부터 2026년 10월 15일까지 (연장보고 까지 인정)

코드 발급은 결제 완료 후 영업일 기준 당일 이메일로 전송됩니다.

제4조 [코드 사용 조건]

할인 코드는 1회용이며, 한 명의 납세자(고객)에 한해 1회만 사용할 수 있습니다.

이미 사용된 할인 코드는 다시 사용할 수 없으며, 환불도 불가합니다.

코드 사용 시 고객은 코드의 유효성 여부를 확인할 책임이 있습니다.

제5조 [결제 및 코드 전달]

결제 수단: Zelle, Stripe, 현금 중 택일

결제 완료 후 고객이 제공한 이메일 주소로 할인 코드가 발송됩니다.

잘못된 이메일 주소 기재로 인한 코드 미수신은 당사가 책임지지 않습니다.

제6조 [환불 정책]

할인 코드를 사용하지 않은 경우에 한하여, 구매일로부터 3개월 (90일) 이내에 전액 환불이 가능합니다.

환불 요청 시 다음 정보를 함께 제공해야 합니다:

* 구매자 성명 또는 구매시 사용하신 이메일

* 구매일자 및 결제 수단

* 발급된 할인 코드

환불 요청은 이메일(tax@eliteprogroup.com)을 통해 접수되며, 확인 후 영업일 기준 2일 이내 처리됩니다.

사용한 코드는 어떤 경우에도 부분 또는 전액 환불이 불가합니다.

제7조 [양도 및 재판매 금지]

할인 코드는 제3자에게 양도하거나 재판매할 수 없습니다.

무단 복제, 공유, 재판매 시 코드가 무효화되며, 해당 행위에 대한 법적 책임을 물을 수 있습니다.

제8조 [기타 사항]

본 약관은 회사의 정책에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 웹사이트에 일정기간 공지됩니다.

본 약관에서 정하지 않은 사항은 관련 법령 및 상관례에 따릅니다.

These Terms govern the purchase, use, and refund of tax service discount codes (the "Discount Code") by customers (the "Buyer") from [Elite Pro Group, Inc]. By agreeing to these Terms, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts the following provisions.

Article 1 [Definition of Discount Code]

A Discount Code is a unique 7-character alphanumeric code issued by [Elite Pro Group, Inc] that allows the Buyer to receive a discounted price for tax services within the specified period.

Article 2 [Discount Rate and Benefits]

The Discount Code provides a 20% discount on regular tax service fees.

Discounts cannot be combined with other coupons, promotions, or benefits.

Service fees are calculated based on the income and tax documents provided at the time of purchase.

If additional documents are submitted during tax preparation, extra fees may be charged accordingly.

Conversely, if fewer documents are submitted than initially indicated, the difference may be provided as company credit or refunded upon request.

Adjustments will be made with the Buyer's consent and communicated prior to final payment.

Article 3 [Purchase and Usage Period]

Purchase period: Oct 1, 2025 ~ Feb 28, 2026

Usage period: until Oct 15, 2026 (including extended filings)

Codes are issued via email on the same business day upon payment confirmation.

Article 4 [Usage Conditions]

Each Discount Code is single-use per taxpayer.

Used codes cannot be reused or refunded.

Buyers are responsible for verifying the validity of the code when using it.

Article 5 [Payment and Code Delivery]

Payment methods: Zelle, Stripe, Cash

Codes are sent to the email provided by the Buyer after payment.

The company is not responsible for undelivered codes due to incorrect email addresses.

Article 6 [Refund Policy]

Full refunds are available within 90 days from the purchase date if the code has not been used.

Refund requests must include:

* Buyer's name or email used at purchase

* Purchase date and payment method

* Issued Discount Code

Refund requests are processed via email (tax@eliteprogroup.com) within 2 business days after verification.

Used codes are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Article 7 [Transfer and Resale Prohibition]

Discount Codes cannot be transferred or resold.

Unauthorized duplication, sharing, or resale will void the code and may incur legal liability.

Article 8 [Other Provisions]

These Terms may be modified according to company policy, with notice posted on the website.

Matters not specified are governed by relevant laws and customary practices.
